Verdict
At 4 GB RAM, Hostinger KVM 1 is $6.49/mo intro and $11.99/mo at renewal (1 vCPU, 24 months prepaid). Hetzner's orderable 4 GB plan, CPX22 (2 vCPU), is €19.99/mo excl. VAT with no term; the €5.99 CX23 was marked not available. So Hostinger is cheaper on sticker price unless a Hetzner Cost-Optimized plan is in stock (prices checked 2026-11-02).
- Pick Hostinger for the lowest price at 4–8 GB and a one-click n8n install — budget for the renewal price, not the intro.
- Pick Hetzner if you want to pay by the hour with no prepay, or a CX plan is back in stock.
